Tampa's Patio Enclosure Builder, Based Close to Home

Eclipse Service Hub’s main office is in Riverview, just south of Tampa, which keeps our crews close for most Tampa patio screen enclosure projects instead of dispatching them from across the state. We’ve completed patio enclosure and screen construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay area, including recent installs directly in Tampa itself.

Why that proximity matters:

Tampa: A City Built Around Outdoor Living

Tampa’s climate keeps backyards in use for most of the year, and that’s exactly why an unscreened patio tends to get less use than it should; bugs, glare, and afternoon storms all cut into the time homeowners actually spend outside. A patio screen enclosure in Tampa turns that space into something usable every day, not just a few months a year.

Tampa homes also range widely in age and layout, from established properties with existing concrete patios to newer construction with modern outdoor living areas already built in. Whether the goal is enclosing an existing slab or extending it, patio enclosures in Tampa get designed around the property as it actually is, not a single standard size. It’s part of why Eclipse Service Hub treats every Tampa patio estimate as its own project rather than applying one template citywide.

Recent Patio Enclosure Work in Tampa

Our project history includes completed screen enclosure work in Tampa, including a front entry screen installation and a patio screen installation. Every project uses the same in-house crew and materials regardless of city: rust-proof aluminum framing, premium USA-made screening, and custom door and hardware installation.

Insulated vs. Mesh Roof for Tampa Patio Enclosures

The right roof system depends on your property layout and how much shade, comfort, and airflow you want.

Insulated Roof Panels (Sandwich Panels)

Premium solid roof panels with a foam-insulated core for maximum comfort and temperature control.

Superior shade and heat reduction, keeping the patio cooler on hot Tampa days
Supports ceiling fans and light fixtures (electrician required for wiring)
Best for homeowners wanting a premium outdoor room feel.

Mesh Roof (Screen Roof)

A traditional Florida screened roof for maximum ventilation and open-air comfort.

Highest airflow and natural ventilation; more affordable than insulated panels
Keeps insects, debris, and leaves out while preserving open-sky visibility
Best for homeowners who prefer an open outdoor feel.

Roof Styles Available for Tampa Patio Enclosures

Mansard: high, open interior with excellent airflow; ideal for luxury enclosures
Dome: improves wind flow, suited to larger enclosures
Gable: classic pitched design matching many Tampa home styles
Hip: sloped on all four sides, strongest wind resistance; a solid pick given Tampa's storm exposure
Shed: simple single-slope layout, practical for tighter side-yard lots common in older Tampa neighborhoods
Flat: clean, low-profile, budget-friendly, requires slight pitch for runoff

Mesh Options for Tampa's Climate

Fiberglass Mesh: flexible, rust-proof, affordable; standard choice for most Tampa homes
Pet-Resistant Mesh: heavy-duty, coated polyester built for active dogs and cats
Aluminum Mesh: rigid, ultra-durable for high-traffic doors or lower wall sections
Solar Screen Mesh: blocks up to 90% of UV rays, a strong fit for Tampa's long sun exposure and hot decks
High Visibility Mesh: finer weave for open views with maximum airflow
No-See-Um Mesh: ultra-fine weave for humid, bug-prone Tampa Bay conditions

Eclipse Service Hub did a fantastic job installing my the screen on my lanai and by balcony. Fred was extremely helpful, he did the did most of the legwork with obtaining approval from my HOA. The only task I had to complete was submitting a few requested documents. Fred also walked me through the entire process. He was very responsive to my texts and emails and he met every timetable he set. George was the best technician. His work was awesome and efficient. These guys were so good to me. I changed my mind about about the location of the door on the lanai. I thought is was going to be a huge problem and headache to move it and it was not a problem at all. Fred and George took care of my request and it didn’t delay my project. I would definitely recommend this company for their service and their product. If you live in the Two Rivers community and need your lanai or balcony screen installed or a cage installed, give them a call. The cost is less than what the builder charges.

I was very skeptical and I let them know it. Why? Because their reviews seemed too good to be true. I thought maybe they had screened out all the bad ones. I was wrong. They are excellent. Responsive with scheduling, communication and translation capabilities. The job was finished quicker than I thought it would be and they made the adjustment needed when I discovered from my son a kick plate was definitely needed. Price was very reasonable and service was superb. Definitely recommend using them.

I had Eclipse Screening Services redo my entire pool enclosure, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. The team showed up on time, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. They replaced all the old, torn screens with high-quality material and even upgraded a few sections with privacy screen where I needed more coverage. They also repaired a damaged section of the aluminum frame that had been bothering me for years—it looks flawless now. Their pricing was very competitive, especially considering the quality of the work. Communication was easy, and they kept me updated throughout the project. I’m beyond satisfied with the results and will definitely call them again for future work.

Fred kept me informed throughout the replacement of the screens on my porch after the Hurricane damage. I couldn't get to it until now as I just retired from the Military after 20 years. Sergei, did an amazing job and it looks better than before. A true professional and friendly service throughout! I would highly recommend Eclipse for any project, big or small that you need fixing!
