About Our Services

We provide a range of residential and commercial enclosure services, including new construction, upgrades, rescreening, structural repairs, and custom aluminum builds. Since every home is different, all estimates are based on what we can see during inspection. If any hidden issues, such as wood rot, structural weaknesses, or wiring concerns, are discovered later, we will discuss any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

Material availability, size of the project, weather conditions, and permitting requirements can affect timelines. Outdoor work may need to be rescheduled due to rain or unsafe conditions.

Licensing & Insurance

Eclipse Plus LLC operates as a fully licensed and insured contractor in the State of Florida. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request. Homeowners are responsible for checking HOA requirements unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Estimates & Pricing

Our estimates reflect the current cost of materials, labor, and project conditions. Prices may change if project details or material costs change. We will always confirm the final quote before beginning work.

Special-order materials or custom-cut parts may require a deposit. If a project is canceled after such materials are ordered, the customer may be responsible for those costs.

Scheduling Expectations

We schedule projects based on availability and material readiness. Weather, supply delays, and unforeseen issues may affect start or completion dates. We will keep you informed of any changes.

To ensure safe and efficient work, customers should remove personal items from the work area and keep pets and children away from the job site.

Payments

Payment is typically due upon completion unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing. Larger projects may require deposits. We accept multiple forms of payment, which will be listed on your invoice.

Ownership of installed materials may remain with Eclipse Plus LLC until final payment is received.

Warranty & Limitations

We stand behind our workmanship. Many new installations come with a limited labor warranty, and certain materials may be covered under manufacturer warranties.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Storm, impact, or animal damage
• Structural issues unrelated to our work
• Problems caused by misuse or lack of maintenance

Repair work addresses the specific area requested and does not guarantee the condition of older structures.

Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues such as rot, rust, failing concrete, hidden electrical lines, or unstable framing. We also cannot guarantee project timelines affected by weather, supply shortages, or permitting delays.
