Eclipse Service Hub did a fantastic job installing my the screen on my lanai and by balcony. Fred was extremely helpful, he did the did most of the legwork with obtaining approval from my HOA. The only task I had to complete was submitting a few requested documents. Fred also walked me through the entire process. He was very responsive to my texts and emails and he met every timetable he set. George was the best technician. His work was awesome and efficient. These guys were so good to me. I changed my mind about about the location of the door on the lanai. I thought is was going to be a huge problem and headache to move it and it was not a problem at all. Fred and George took care of my request and it didn’t delay my project. I would definitely recommend this company for their service and their product. I was very skeptical and I let them know it.  Why? Because their reviews seemed too good to be true.  I thought maybe they had screened out all the bad ones. I was wrong. They are excellent. Responsive with scheduling, communication and translation capabilities.  The job was finished quicker than I thought it would be and they made the adjustment needed when I discovered from my son a kick plate was definitely needed. We contracted with Eclipse to expand our current lanai, replace all existing fasteners, repair a few pavers areas around the lanai, hang lanai string lights and reroute several gutters around the lanai.
