Project Overview

This project involved installing a full patio screen enclosure for a residential home in Riverview, Florida. The existing covered patio was open on three sides, leaving the space exposed to insects, debris, and Florida’s changing weather conditions.

Our team designed and constructed a custom black aluminum screen enclosure that integrates seamlessly with the home’s stucco exterior while maintaining airflow, visibility, and a functional outdoor living space.

The Challenge

The open patio provided shade but lacked protection from insects and wind-blown debris. The homeowner wanted to enclose the space without compromising natural light or creating a heavy structural appearance. The enclosure also needed to align cleanly with existing columns and roof overhang for a professional finish.

Our Solution

For this patio screen enclosure installation in Riverview, FL, we engineered a custom-fit aluminum framing system securely anchored to meet Florida wind-load requirements. Premium fiberglass mesh was installed across all open sides to provide reliable insect protection while preserving visibility and airflow. A custom aluminum screen door was integrated for convenient access to the yard.

I was very skeptical and I let them know it.  Why? Because their reviews seemed too good to be true.  I thought maybe they had screened out all the bad ones. I was wrong. They are excellent. Responsive with scheduling, communication and translation capabilities.  The job was finished quicker than I thought it would be and they made the adjustment needed when I discovered from my son a kick plate was definitely needed. We contracted with Eclipse to expand our current lanai, replace all existing fasteners, repair a few pavers areas around the lanai, hang lanai string lights and reroute several gutters around the lanai.
