Project Overview

This project involved installing a full patio screen enclosure for a residential home in Riverview, Florida. The existing covered patio was open on three sides, leaving the space exposed to insects, debris, and Florida’s changing weather conditions.

Our team designed and constructed a custom black aluminum screen enclosure that integrates seamlessly with the home’s stucco exterior while maintaining airflow, visibility, and a functional outdoor living space.

The Challenge

The open patio provided shade but lacked protection from insects and wind-blown debris. The homeowner wanted to enclose the space without compromising natural light or creating a heavy structural appearance. The enclosure also needed to align cleanly with existing columns and roof overhang for a professional finish.
