Project Overview

This project involved a full aluminum patio screen enclosure installation for a covered lanai in Connerton, Florida. The homeowner wanted to convert an open patio into a protected, functional outdoor living space without sacrificing visibility or airflow.

We designed and installed a clean, modern screen system with a matching aluminum frame and integrated screen door, transforming the area into a comfortable, bug-free environment ideal for dining and relaxation.

The Challenge

The original patio was completely open, exposing the space to mosquitoes, insects, debris, dust, and limited usability during evenings. Lack of a defined outdoor living space.

The solution needed to provide easy access with a functional door system, match the home’s exterior aesthetics, maintain openness and natural light, and ensure long-term durability in Florida’s climate.

Our Solution

We installed a custom-fit aluminum screen enclosure directly within the existing patio opening. The structure integrates seamlessly with the home’s walls and ceiling, creating a flush, built-in appearance. A full-width screen panel combined with a hinged screen door provides both accessibility and maximum viewing area.
