Project Overview

This project involved converting an open, covered patio into a fully enclosed aluminum screen room in Tampa, Florida. The homeowner wanted a clean, functional enclosure to improve usability, especially around the pool area, while maintaining airflow and visibility.

We installed a full perimeter screen system with a white aluminum frame, matching the existing structure for a seamless, built-in appearance.

The Challenge

The existing patio was fully open and exposed to insects. It is not suitable for comfortable evening use, lacking a defined enclosure around the poolside area, and visually incomplete compared to the rest of the property. Additionally, the structure required precise alignment with existing beams and gutters to ensure a professional finish.

We designed and installed a custom-fit aluminum screen enclosure using a white frame system that blends with the home’s exterior. The enclosure wraps around the patio, creating a protected and cohesive outdoor space while preserving natural light and ventilation. A centered screen door ensures smooth entry and usability.
